The Water Of Life

Author: Jon R

Jon is a long-time whiskey consumer. His journey began drinking San Miguel beers and other local offerings in the Philippines (Ginebra, Empi, Tanduay, Lambanog anyone?). He got his first taste of whiskey when he moved to Singapore 12 years ago and always kept a bottle handy. When he lived in London, he was a regular at Milroy's of Soho where he sampled whiskies from all over. Now that he's living in Dublin, he has immersed himself in Irish whiskey and the wonders of online tastings since the first lockdown happened. Like most, he can't wait for in-person events and meet whiskey people he met online.
